At IMMUNOVITES, we stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
